Blink and you’ll miss it… asparagus season is nearly over, so enjoy it while you can. These sweet, tasty spears are grown for us on the beautiful South Downs, from our friends at Barfoots Farm.
Packed full of good stuff and simply delicious, there’s something special about this spring green. Served with classic hollandaise and a soft poached egg, look out for it on our specials boards from the start of May.
