Sustainable Fish Night 11 November 2009
We only have a few places left for the Sustainable Fish Evening at the Thatch this Wednesday 11th November.
The Evening will commence at 19.45 with Ross our head chef using sustainable fish from the British Isles. The menu for the evening will be (subject to market)
Starter of Grilled Cornish Sardines
For main course Fillets of Dab and Gurnard with Cauliflower Puree, Fondant Potato and Salsa Verde.
For desert Crème Brûlée
And of course a glass or two of wine to complement the meal. All for the very sustainable price of £20. We will also have a industry leading expert sharing his knowledge of sustainable fish with us. Do not worry if your table partners are not fish lovers, the full autumn menu will also be available.
