Hi there,

Well, its been another busy couple of days. Jeremy, Raymond and their team have been working really hard on the menu and I've been able to finally post it on the website below. Hope you like it! We will also be doing a childrens menu, a sunday roast menu and a bar menu. We are really keen to do our eight courses but i think we will launch it in a month or so once we've all settled in a bit. - an excuse to have another party and invite all the locals!

My front of house guys have been working really hard and the restaurant's looking great. We've had a few days training with them and a wine and cheese tasting too.

There's still a few bits and bobs to finish off and get the restaurant all laid up and looking special, but i'm sure it will all come together before the start of our 'soft launch' on tuesday; though the time frame is feeling rather familiar to Eight In The Country!eek!...except this time we've got a fantastic team of experienced guys around us to help get things sorted which is amazing.

So, another busy couple of days and then Tuesday's the day! We're so excited!
