Well - you have overwhelmed us with your response so far. I know some of you are disappointed not to have been able to make a reservation for our preview although I hope you will be able to join us after the 15th. We have had a great day in Thame meeting some of you, thanks for your support and suggestions, I am begining to feel at home now, just need to settle the cat!

I have also finalised our wine list today, just a short one for now featuring some really great wines, thanks to our suppliers for your help with this. I've been sorting uniforms, cutlery, crockery, print and all sorts as well. So much to do, so little time!

We will be working at The Fishes in North Hinksey over the weekend, training and learning more and more. Do come in and say hello if you are in the area.
