Well, we have had an amazing couple of days since being announced as 'the winners'. It's been a whirlwind of photographs and interviews all at the same time as moving from Devon to Thame, planning the launch of eight at The Thatch and training with Raymond - wow, what an inspiring man! We really do feel so privileged to have been chosen and would like to thank Raymond.

I've seen a few comments about the menu, Jeremy is busy designing this with Raymond and we will post it closer to our opening.
