We’re absolutely over the moon to have won ‘The Restaurant’.
We
feel we’ve been given the opportunity of a life-time. Running our own
restaurant is what we’ve always dreamed of; we just never imagined our
dreams would come true so quickly or that we’d have such an amazing
mentor to guide us along the way.
We worked very hard and took
the competition very seriously, and to win was an amazing achievement
for us – we’re overwhelmed and extremely excited at what the future
holds. The real challenge is just beginning, we are very aware we’ve
hit a very steep learning curve.
Most important to us is offering
a great place for the locals in Thame, (and do ask for a bit of
patience as we find our feet!) and allow Raymond to be proud of us.
