Eight at the Thatch is the pub won by Jeremy & Jane on the BBC2 show 'The Restaurant'.

Our bar and restaurant is tucked cosily inside a beautiful 16th century half-timbered thatched cottage in the midst of a terrace of charming historic houses right in the heart of Thame.

Step inside and you’ll immediately find yourself in a little oasis of calm, and a warm, friendly place to eat, drink or relax. You'll also find an outstanding selection of freshly prepared food, served with great wines and real ales, and a great atmosphere. We don't just accept children, we actively welcome them.

All our food is made with seasonal ingredients, many of which are free range, local and sourced from small artisan producers. Whether you want a bite to eat at lunchtime and throughout the afternoon, or dinner to linger over in the evening or simply pop in for a drink, there'll always be a warm welcome.

We're open all year round, (except Christmas day), from 10am until 11pm all week.
